Tim Marose, of Nationwide Mortgage, recently did a refinance for us. Although we chose Nationwide Mortgage at random after calling several institutions, we were very fortunate that Tim was the one who answered the call. Whereas other loan officers promised to contact us when the rates went down, Tim was the only one who followed up and gave us a weekly status. Finally, when the terms were right, Tim did an outstanding job in getting us through the process, which took hardly any time at all.
